I'm a mobile therapist, so treatments are carried out in the client's home/premises.

BEFORE TREATMENT
New measures mean it is necessary to complete a Health Declaration form the day before a treatment. (Information supplied is confidential and will need reviewing on subsequent visits).

Have a shower or bath

Have ready a large towel, if you don't have one do not worry as I will bring my own.

Wear stretchy clothing/gym wear, e.g., shorts, vest, t-shirt, etc.

Don't drink alcohol within 24 hrs before and after treatment and keep hydrated.

The first treatment will include a postural assessment and discussing a 'treatment' plan.
WHEN TO CANCEL:
In the past 24 hours if you:

have had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or are still feeling the effects of these symptoms;

have a fever, or fever related symptoms (chills, aches, fatigue). This is an indication that the body is fighting an infection;

are contagious;

are in your first few days of illness;
In the past two weeks if you:​

have had symptoms, been in close contact with someone, displaying flu or Covid-19 symptoms or had Coronavirus Covid-19 confirmed.
