Staying fit, Active and Busy at Home
To all my clients,
Due to the recent government guidelines surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak I have postponed all treatments which were taking place before June.
Whilst sadly I can’t provide any hands-on treatment at this time, I would like to continue supporting you remotely, to help you through this challenging time.
Keep in contact with me!
I might be able to offer you some tips about how to stay as healthy while at home, with some simple self-help techniques such as exercises, stretches and guidance to help you keep fit and mobile over the coming weeks. Contact AcheAngel
In adhering to government guidelines:
from 18 March, I restricted my working practice to not provide treatments to clients if I or you were at an increased risk of severe illness from Coronavirus (COVID-19).
from 20 March, I suspended treatments as these involved face-to-face contact with clients.
from 23 March, I followed measures to stay at home as the Prime Minister announced that everyone should do this unless they were carrying out one of four essential tasks: shopping for basic necessities; taking one form of exercise a day; attending to a medical need; caring for a vulnerable person; or, travelling to and from work - and only if absolutely necessary.
In following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23 March, it made it clear to me that my one to one soft tissue, injury rehab., sports therapy treatments do not fall into any of the four essential tasks he outlined.
I understand that many of you may be feeling frustrated by this, especially those of you who are currently in need of therapeutic support. Clearly my therapy treatments, as it involves close proximity with you my clients, does not fall within any of these essential tasks so sadly, my contact with you can only be done remotely.

REMEMBER:
It's essential that you take good care of your health, fitness and, your emotional and mental well-being.
Here are some recommendations that I hope you will find helpful at this challenging time:
Look to do some exercise or meditation each day, even if it’s just 10 minutes. Re-visit that exercise plan, or look on-line for tips on how to practice mindfulness or, yoga. Do a short breathing exercise each day to help calm and find inner peace.
Do more of those things you enjoy but just never found the time before, like baking, reading or even just taking the time to have a relaxing long bath.
